Left from post 8 and tucked 4th, went first over and paced a :27 2/5 third quarter, held well for the show

SNEEKY FEET –

Left from post 5 and tucked third, went first over, battled with the winner through the :27 3/5 third quarter, was shaken off but held well to be second best

BANGING THE DRUM –

Came up big again, was 7th at the quarter and on the move on a long first over grind, drew clear in the stretch to win by three lengths

ANGELS RANSOM –

Left from post 7, was parked to the lead in :27 4/5, yielded and was shuffled back

STORMY WEST*** -

Left from post 8, was parked the mile, followed cover then had to go three wide at the three quarters, held his ground well to the wire only losing by two lengths in a quick mile

HOOSIER

DAKOTA ROADSTER –

Quarter-moved and was used hard parked past a :54 2/5 half for the lead, took a two length lead into the stretch, weakened but held well for the show

FOOLS DESIRE –

Had post 9, blasted to the lead in :25 4/5, set a quick pace and only lost by two lengths

RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN –

Was 8th at the three quarters following weak cover, finished strongly for the show pacing his last quarter in :25 4/5

HARRINGTON

4/30: 7w, + speed

STAR MESSENGER –

Had post 1, kept up to a hot opener pacing a :27 2/5 first quarter, went first over against the 1/2 favorite, prompted the pace and just missed in a three way blanket photo finish

THE MEADOWS

4/30: 8w, + speed

4/28: 5w, no bias

PHILADELPHIA

4/29: 4w, no bias, some work was done on the track prior to the meet, mainly adding more of a banking angle on the final turn; most winners have been close up, with the best trips either leavers, or first over horses, but there hasn’t been a severe bias

Was outside and 6th at the quarter, followed the winner, lost cover and went first over, paced a :27 third quarter pressing the winner, held gamely for the place

Left from post 7, was used hard to the lead in :26 4/5, set the pace under second-half pressure and just missed

Left from post 7 directly outside of the post 6 leaver, was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace throughout and held gamely for the show

Had post 9, left strongly to the lead in :26, set the pace and won by a length, sharp

ZAGSTER –

Trotter left and was parked the mile without cover, tough trip, held okay

BARON CHANCEY –

Left from post 8 and was used hard to clear the lead past a :27 first quarter, yielded to the winner passing the three quarters and held well to be clearly second best

MR HAM SANDWICH –

Went first over and paced a :55 last half to win gamely in a much-improved performance

MAJOR TRICK –

Gunned to the lead in :26 3/5, yielded, was third at the half, pulled first over in the fast-paced race and excusably tired in the stretch

CYCLONE KIWI N –

Left from post 7, was looped by the nine horse, drove on to the lead past a :26 3/5 opener, set a quick pace under pressure and held the show

UF ROCKIN DRAGON –

Quarter-moved and got hung out forcing a :54 half, couldn’t clear and excusably weakened as the beaten favorite

HE’S ELECTRIC –

Was 5th at the half, went first over with a good move pacing a :27 1/5 third quarter, took the lead in the stretch but was out-kicked late by the even money pocket sitting favorite

FREEHOLD

4/28: 6w, + speed

4/27: 4w, no bias, sloppy track

MEADOWLANDS

4/28: 4w, no bias, strong headwinds, rain, sloppy track

4/27: 2w, + closers, not a severe bias but I felt that the track was somewhat tiring

GHOST PINE –

Left quickly, rattled off sizzling fractions in the wind and rain and drew off

MONTICELLO

4/30: 3w, no bias

YONKERS

4/30: 5w, no bias

4/28: 8w, + speed, races 1-6 fast, 7-12, sloppy

4/27: 4w, no bias, off track

CHARMED LIFE –

Trotter left from post 7 over the sloppy track and was used hard to the lead in :27, set a pressured pace and held the show
