Left from post 7 and was parked the mile without cover forcing a quick pace, weakened in the stretch but only lost by 2 lengths in a game effort

JK PATRIOT -

Left from post 7 and was used hard to clear the lead in :27 1/5, yielded, sat the pocket and held okay with a :28 4/5 final quarter

HANKY L*** -

Was 6th at the half, picked up terrible cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished sharply for the show in a fast race

RAY HALL -

Trotter was 8th at the half, followed weak cover and finished strongly for the place

SOMEKINDAPARTY -

Left and was used hard pushing a :27 2/5 first quarter, couldn't clear, remained parked, tired but held well to finish 4th

Had post 7, moved at the quarter on a long first over grind and finished bravely in :27 2/5 to finish a close up third

Set a fast pace under constant pressure and just missed in a game effort

EXCELLENT CHANCE -

Broke at the start and recovered 8th and far back, was able to rush up the inside down the backstretch when the outside flow stalled, slipped out nearing the three quarters, gained ground without cover on the final turn and finished strongly to win going away

CORWHINY*** -

Moved into a new barn, got a key driver change, dropped in class, left sharply from post 7, was parked to the lead in :28 1/5 over the sloppy track and dominated on the front end

ON THE PODIUM -

Trotter left from post 8 and was used hard to clear past a :27 3/5 first quarter, set the pace and drew clear

UP FRONT N CRAZY -

Trotter left hard and parked a sharp favorite to a quick opener, yielded and chased that one home second best in an improved effort

YONKERS

4/26: 5w, no bias, races 1-8 fast, 9-12 off track

4/25: 2w, + speed, not a severe speed bias but horses close to the pace appeared to have an advantage, 8 pocket winners and two first over winners, no closers won

Had post 6, rushed up to challenge at the half, pressed hard through a :27 3/5 third quarter and excusably weakened in the stretch after a tough trip
