BALMORAL

FREE TO SCOOT – Two year old saved ground off a modest pace and smoked home in :26 4/5 for the win

ALWAYS A CHEATER – Far back early from post 9, finished stoutly making up 11 lengths

MONTICELLO

9/26: 8w, + speed, wet track

9/25: 7w, + speed

9/24: 6w, + speed

CLASSIC ALANA – Finished full of pace from post 7 to finish 2nd over a speed favoring track

HARRINGTON

9/26: 10w, + speed

9/25: 6w, + speed

9/24: 6w, + speed

ZEPPLIN BLUE CHIP – Had post 7, followed weak cover third over, rallied wide and held okay from a tough spot while trying to close into a fast last half

PEARLHANDLEPISTOL – Had a brutal trip parked the mile forcing a fast opening half; throw out race

DESIGNER BAGS – Went first over pushing a ;28 1/5 third quarter and held well

FAST BACK EDDIE – Was outside most of the mile from post 8 while following cover, rallied wide nearing the three quarters as his cover gave way and finished gamely for the place

NORTHFIELD

9/25: 5w, no bias

9/24: 5w, no bias

POCONO

9/26: 2w, no bias, sloppy track

9/25: 5w, no bias

SOUTHWIND JAZMIN – Had post 7, left and tucked 5th, brushed to the lead in a fast race and gave way grudgingly late in a sharp placing

QUIK JOLT – Left and tucked, went first over pushing a fast third quarter in the slop and held okay

MACHO LINDY*** - Left sharply from post 7, took the lead then yielded and was shuffled all the way back to 6th, followed cover at the three quarters and finished gamely for the show

MEADOWS

9/26: 7w, + speed, wet track

9/25: 4w, no bias

9/24: 4w, no bias

OPEN WATER – Had a tough parked-out uncovered trip from post 9, didn’t tire that badly

BROADWAY BOUND – Trotter had post 9 and was parked the mile without cover, held okay

SARAH’S CREEK – Saved ground from post 8 and finished fast for the place

SARATOGA

9/26: 4w, no bias

YONKERS

9/25: 5w, no bias

9/24: 3w, no bias

BACCARAT STENA – 10-year-old class-master had post 7, left and tucked 5th, followed cover and finished resolutely to get up on the wire

WIT AND WISDOM – Had post 7, followed cover and finished strongly in :27 4/5 to just miss

SAND SAVAGE – Left strongly from post 8 to the lead in :26 4/5, set the pace under expert rating by Sears and held sway gamely

WINDSUN COINTREAU – Had post 7, brushed wide and made up good ground through the third quarter in good try
