JACK APPLE – Had post 10 and was far back early, picked up terrible cover, made up good ground around the final turn and finished sharply for the show

DISCOVERER – Power-brushed in :26 2/5 to take the lead at the half, didn’t tire that badly

FIRSTCLASSALLTHWAY*** – Grinded first over and paced a :54 2/5 middle-half, held the show in a solid effort

RICHESS EMPEROR – Was third over and wide around a breaker at the half, finished sharply from tough spot

SHARP@MAYWOOD

FALL'S DELIGHT – Eighth at the half behind poor cover, made a nice wide brush to try to gain into contention and made up good ground

RIVER TSUNAMI – Had post 7 and was 4th over, rallied wide and finished strongly for the place

SHOTGUN BOB – Left and was three wide the opening quarter but unable to clear, remained parked first over and wore down the leader for a game win

REVY REVRAC – Was parked the mile from post 8, had weakening cover, rallied wide and finished well

JUST SHUTUP NDRIVE – Was first over a long way and held okay

WINDY CITY RON*** – Speedy claimer had post 7 and was parked to the lead in :27 2/5, yielded to the winner’s brush at the half and held well for the place

KB’S TAYLOR – Kept up well to a hot pace early before going first over, wore down the leader in the lane but was out-kicked late in a good effort in a race that set up for a closer

ALL SUMMER LONG – Shipped in from the Big M and dropped in class for 2nd start off the layoff, had post 7, followed weak cover 4th over, rallied wide around the final bend and stormed home in :28 4/5 for a sharp win

SOUTHWIND IRVIN – Blasted to the lead from post 8, set a well rated pace in a sharp wire to wire win

GATEWAY JET – Had a tough parked-out uncovered trip as the even money favorite, didn’t tire that badly

GOODKNIGHT CAMELOT – Was parked the mile without cover from post 8 and held okay

SON OF BEN – Had post 7, left, tucked, followed cover third over and finished sharply for the place

FEEL THE THUNDER – Was parked the mile without cover from post 7 and just missed in a game effort

DOUGLAS ROAD – Quarter-moved into a hot pace, took the lead and was 2nd best in a nice try

EXPENSIVE BOY – Trotter left, tucked, went first over a long way from a tough spot and held okay

TWIN B HOLLISTER – Left and was parked the mile without cover, held okay for the place at 2-5

KAMWOOD WARRIOR N – Had post 7, followed cover, angled wide when his cover weakened and had pace finishing from a tough spot

DJ SELENA – Had a tough parked-out trip from post 8, paced a :27 4/5 third quarter uncovered and held her ground gamely

JOVIAL JESTER N – Left, tucked, brushed first over sharply pushing a :27 3/5 third quarter, could not get by the stubborn front runner but held okay

HEADBUTT HARLEY*** – Ninth at the half while 4th over behind poor cover, finished strongly for the show

VICTOR VUITTON N – Had post 8, left, tucked, went first over into a stepped-up final half and held okay

FOUR STARZ Q*** – Left from post 7 and pushed a :26 4/5 opener, couldn’t clear, remained parked first over and held surprisingly well to miss by only 2 lengths in an improved effort

DRAGONTIGER JJ – Left and was parked forcing a quick pace, never cleared, tough trip

BOO’S BOY*** – Hard hitting claimer was parked to the lead in :27 3/5, rated the half then had a lot left to shake off pressure in another sharp win

SOUTHWIND TRINI*** – Left from post 8 and was three deep part of the first turn, remained parked pushing a hot pace, was taken back into a tuck off the third turn and held well for the show

NOT THINKING – Left alertly to the early lead, set a fast pace under heavy pressure for three turns and gave way grudgingly late

TAYLORLANE CRUISER – Had post 8, flushed out a second over trip, angled wide for the drive and finished fast

FOUR TRUMPS A – Third over, finished powerfully in :27 1/5 for a strong against-the-bias closing win

WHOLLY LOUY – Left strongly from the rail and parked a horse to a hot first quarter, yielded and was shuffled back and out of contention

SUMMER CAMP – Had post 8, gained ground at every call and finished with good velocity

SAINT WILLIAM A – Had post 8, left, tucked, went first over into a fast last half and held okay

NOB HILL HIGH – Followed dull cover and was flying in the stretch to miss by a narrow margin

LAHAYE – Grinded first over and paced a :27 third quarter, held well
