Left strongly and forced a tuck with a :25 4/5 first quarter, set a strong pace under first-half pressure, shook loose and drew off impressively

7/17: 4w, no bias

7/16: 7w, + speed

7/15: 5w, no bias

DRAGON SPIKE -

Was parked to a quick half from post 6, held okay

NORTHFIELD

7/16: 4w, no bias

7/15: 7w, + speed

OBJECT OF ART*** -

Left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover pressing a hot pace, held gamely

SARATOGA

7/17: 5w, + speed

KENNANSKINGWILLIAM*** -

Left from post 8 and was used hard to clear into the second turn, yielded and ended up third, pulled to follow cover at the three quarters and went well for the show

MONTICELLO

7/17: 8w, + speed

7/16: 11w, ++ speed

7/15: 9w, ++ speed

NEW MANHATTAN -

First over a long way from post 6, won gamely over a track that clearly favored front runners

ONE MORE HUG -

Was first over a long way from post 7 over a track that strongly favored speed

TOO MUCH PEPPER -

Third over from post 6 and had a lot going against him including dull cover, a snail-like pace that included a :30 3/5 first quarter, and an intense speed bias, rallied wide and game

V I P -

Had post 7, left and tucked, went first over from a tough spot and held well

SEE YOU SMILE -

Had post 7, followed weak cover and finished strongly for the place

YONKERS

7/16: 4w, no bias

7/15: 4w, no bias

GET PACKIN -

Trotter had post 7 going 1 1/16 miles, left and was used hard to clear in :27 2/5, set the pace and didn't tire that badly

TIGER BOUDOIR*** -

Went first over from a tough spot and paced a :27 3/5 third quarter, held okay

KING'S LEGEND*** -

Left from post 6 and was parked two turns for the lead, set a fast pace under pressure and gave way grudgingly late

FLYING INSTRUCTOR -

Went first over into a fast last half and held okay

BEACH TERROR -

Finished fast from post 7, home in :27 3/5

LATE NIGHT JOKE -

Paced a :27 third quarter first over and weakened but it was not an easy trip
