FRAN LUCK -

Left from post 7 and tucked 4th, went first over into a quick third quarter and kept on coming to just miss

JEREMES SWEETHEART -

Left from post 8 and was used hard to clear past a :26 3/5 opener, set a fast pace under pressure and gave way grudgingly

HERE IS THE FUTURE -

Had post 6 and was first over a long way, paced a quick middle-half and tired; may be coming around for Teague

SMOKIN AMERICAN -

Gunned to the lead in :26 3/5, yielded, pulled the pocket at the three quarters and finished gamely for the win

GURF -

Was shuffled to 8th and finished well against the bias

ONLY IN MY DREAMS -

Had weak cover, rallied wide on the final turn and finished with solid pace

Had poor cover, rallied wide and finished fast in the stretch
