4th over behind weak cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished gamely from a tough spot, paced a :28 4/5 final quarter
VIRGIL -
Had post 6 and was 8th at the half behind poor cover, rallied wide on the final turn and finished well from an impossible spot
STETTIN HANOVER*** -
Far back early from post 6 and 8th at the half while 4th over, made a sharp three wide move into and around the final turn and finished gamely for the show

RUSTY'S WINNING*** -
7th at the half and 4th over behind weak cover, powered wide around the final turn and engaged the leader at headstretch, finished strongly to get up
SELENDIA -
Had post 8 followed weak cover and finished fast for the show
SHARK ALERT*** -
Left and was caught up in a speed duel through a quick half, ducked in and held okay

Had post 7, broke early and was far back then was unable to flush cover, grinded past horses gradually to finish a game fourth

DOLLY LITTLE ANGEL -
Had post 8 and poor cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished gamely; holding deceptively good form after a series of tough trips from bad posts
ALL PERFECT -
Had post 7 and was third over, followed cover wide around a tiring horse, gained good ground to get within a length of the lead and held okay from a tough spot
SPECTACULAR MAN -
Blasted to the lead from post 8, set a fast pace under pressure from two different rivals and excusably tired while only losing by 2 lengths
JOHNNY GRIPPA -
Left from post 2 and was used hard to clear the lead in :27 2/5 over an off track that was rated 2 slow, set the pace and excusably tired to finish 4th
SAM'S HONEYBEE -
8yo mare who was often driven by an amateur driver last year, came off the layoff ready to roll for trainer Cal Gillespie, drew post 8 and was far back early, moved out behind poor cover, made a strong three wide move around the final turn and got up gamely
BET TOGETHER -
Went first over on a tough grind and paced consecutive :29 1/5 quarters the final half
THUNDER SEELSTER -
Had post 7, followed poor cover, moved wide on the final turn and finished gamely
YONKERS

MY SHIYEN -
Gave a tuck early then moved around a tired horse at the three quarters, ducked back in on the final turn, came out late on the turn and finished solidly for the place while chasing a sharp much-the-best favorite

8th at the half behind a dull flow while chasing a loose-on-lead winner, finished well

Saved ground, angled out in a blindswitch turning for home, found room between horses and finished quickly

Had post 7, followed cover down the back, angled wide for the drive and finished well
SAM'S ESCAPE -
Moved out 4th over on the final turn, angled wide for the drive and finished fast
A SHAM OF AMBER -
Left and tucked third on turn one, quarter-moved but was rebuffed and took back to tuck third again, pulled first over at the three quarters and battled gamely to win driving
ANTIGUA HANOVER -
Had post 8, saved ground, angled into a blindswitch turning for home and finished with good velocity on her own once clear between horses
LEAVEUMLADY -
Had post 7, followed cover, tipped wide in the drive and finished well from a tough spot
AMERICAN TIGER -
Had post 8, picked up weak cover, ducked on late on the final turn and finished well up the inside
MAJOR TIPPER -
Left and parked a horse to a quick opener, yielded, was shuffled, slipped out with cover on the final turn and finished willingly for the show
CORKY BARAN -
Left swiftly from post 8, was three deep part of the first turn then worked his way to the lead parked to the quarter in :27 3/5, yielded at the half, cleared into the lane and held his ground well to finish 4th only beaten two lengths
