JUST BY DESIGN - Power-brushed to the lead making up 7 lengths to the lead at the half, drew clear
UNCLE SMOOTHIE - Followed tiring cover, brushed wide on the final turn and finished in :26 4/5
BET ON HIM - Had post 9, rallied wide on the final turn and finished quickly to dead heat for place
MAYWOOD
8/16: 6w, + speed but not a strong bias
8/15: 6w, + speed
CURVACIOUS*** - 6th at the half and third over behind poor cover, stormed wide down the back and engaged the leader on the final turn, drew clear
GRANNIE NANNIE*** - 7th at the half, rallied wide around the final turn and finished strongly to get up

POWER EVERYWHERE - Was third over, powered wide on the final turn and drew clear full of pace
RIGHT ON RAM - Was parked the mile without cover from post 8 and held well

WEEPER - Followed cover third over and finished strongly to win going away over a track that favored front runners and leavers
OMNIPOTENT - Trotter made a bold first over move but broke while taking the lead
LADYSTAR - Left from post 6 and was parked the mile without cover, held okay

MR HASANI - Didn't really leave but was in and out and took part of the first turn in the two path, followed a quarter-move, lost cover late second turn, brushed to the lead entering turn three, took on pressure through the final quarter and gave way late
EIGHTEEN - Was first over into a :55 1/5 last half and held okay
RUSSLEY RASCAL N - Had post 8, left and tucked 5th, ranged first over pushing a :27 4/5 third quarter, came home in :27 3/5 and finished a game third
