Shot to the lead in :25 3/5, set a quick pace and just missed to the 3-5 winner

BENEARTHEBEACH -

Paced a :26 4/5 third quarter first over and held well

WOODSTOCK HANOVER -

7th, twelve lengths behind at the quarter, was first over a long way and held gamely for the place

Was first over a long way against a tough front runner, paced a :57 2/5 middle-half and held the place gamely

Left and was used hard to clear in :27, set a fast pace under pressure from the 6-5 favorite and tired but only lost by 3 lengths
