Left, tucked, power-brushed making up 8 lengths to take the lead at the half, wilted late but held the show
GAME BELIEF -
Power-brushed to the lead at the half and held the place over the sloppy track that favored horses that were covered up
UPBYFIVE*** -
Left from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :28.4, was the only wire to wire winner of the night while maintaining a clear lead with solid fractions

MONTICELLO
4/17: 4w, no bias
4/16: 6w, + speed
4/15: 8w, + speed
SITTINTHEMORNINSUN*** -
Was parked the mile dueling for the lead with the 4-5 favorite, put that one away but could not hold off the closers while saving the show
TIMEWELL -
Had post 7, gapped off of cover but the fact that he made up 8 lengths though the middle-half had a lot to do with that, finished willingly against the bias

WESTERN TRUTH -
Left from post 7 and tucked, went first over into a quick third quarter and held well
SAMOVAR HANOVER*** -
Left from post 6 and was three wide to the lead past the quarter while hard-used, set a fast pace and held okay for the show
HE'S THE BOMB*** -
Left from post 6 and was parked the mile without cover, held gamely
A BAY BAY*** -
Third over behind poor cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished sharply
A LITTLE CRAZY*** -
Was 8 lengths back at the quarter, rushed up to the leader, pressed a tough :27 4/5 third quarter against the sharp even money winner and didn't tire that badly
VICTORIA GALLERY -
Showed improved speed in 2nd career start but got cooked in a speed duel; beat five horses home and should go well next time out
NATHAN*** -
Had post 6 and terrible cover, rallied wide and finished sharply from a tough spot
BUCKEYE BADDLER -
Followed cover from post 7 and finished strongly in an improved effort
GORDIEISANARTIST*** -
Left from post 5 directly outside of a sharp post 4 leaver and was used hard to clear in :27 2/5, set a quick pace under pressure and did well to save the show

Quarter-moved and got hung out forcing the pace while pacing a :55 2/5 middle-half, held well for the place

Left in :26 4/5, yielded, went first over and battled to take the lead then tired but only lost by 2 lengths in a game effort
