Harness: Ohio Harness Racing Fantasy League entries due April 20

The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association’s Racing Fantasy League is back in 2024. Fantasy stable owners will compete for over $4,500 in prizes.

Stable owners create a fantasy roster of six horses, four of which can be any age but must be picked from a pre-determined list supplied by the OHHA. The remaining two horses must be Ohio-sired 2-year-olds. The winning stable will be determined by total earnings between May 1, 2024, and Breeders Crown Night on October 26, 2024.

The winning stable will receive the grand prize of $2,000. Second place will receive $1,000, third will win $500, fourth will receive $250 and fifth place will win $125. Bonus prizes will be awarded for the entry whose Ohio-sired horses win the most money and for the biggest “Return on Investment.”

The league is open to any individual who has not owned a Standardbred that has raced in the last 2 years. Fractional ownership of less than 5% does not prohibit participation.

Current Standardbred owners are encouraged to invite their friends and family to participate in the Fantasy Racing League.
