Harness: Lazarus to stand at Deo Volente in 2019
Following a brief North American campaign of six starts this year, it was announced Friday (11/2) that Down Under star Lazarus will stand stud in New Jersey at Deo Volente Farms in 2019.
Deo Volente CEO Mike Gulotta along with Duncan Taylor representing the Taylor Made Sales, ownership group of Lazarus, continue their strong relationship with this deal. Previously the two have worked together to trade stallion shares of thoroughbred California Chrome and standardbred Trixton.
Lazarus, who compiled a 6-2-3-0 record while earning $404,545 in North America in 2018, joins Lis Mara in the Deo Volente stallion group. For his career he has earned $3,070,095.
Further details as to stud fee and syndication information will be announced as they become available.
