Harness: Impinktoo top seller at Lexington Selected Mixed Sale

Herb Liverman was the most active buyer during Sunday's inaugural Lexington Mixed Selected Mixed Sale at the Fasig-Tipton Sales Pavilion, going home with four of the top five sellers.
Liverman's top purchase was HIP 84 Impinktoo, who sold for $300,000. A 3-year-old daughter of Manofmanymissions, she trotted a 1:49 4/5 mile on Saturday (October 6) at The Red Mile to match Plunge Blue Chip's world record for the division.
Also going to Liverman were HIP 93 What A Knockout ($170,000) and two stallion shares of Muscle Hill ($150,000 each). A 3-year-old daughter of Donato Hanover, What A Knockout has earned $73,613 and was a Hambletonian Oaks finalist. Her dam Southwind Sofia is a half-sister to Southwind Serena, the dam of Mission Brief and Tactical Landing.
The only horse able to dent the Liverman strangle-hold on the night was HIP 86 Megadolce, who went to agent Horse Fly International for $180,000. A 3-year-old filly by Cantab Hall, she has earned $142,174. She is also a half-sister to Bellareina Dolce, who sold for $400,000 at the yearling sale on Wednesday night.
104 horses and stallion shares sold during the session for a gross of $3,926,000 and an average of $41,766.
