Harness: Felicityshagwell S retired, to be bred to Walner

It was announced on Sunday morning Felicityshagwell S (Maharajah-Diaz Boko-Cantab Hall) has been retired from racing. After five seasons of competing at the very highest international level, Felicityshagwell S retires with a record of 11-9-8 from 49 starts and $525,800 in earnings.
After three injury-plagued seasons in Sweden, she moved to the Ake Svanstedt stable in early 2020. In her two North American seasons she took a lifetime mark of 1:51 1/5 in Lexington in October 2020, but her greatest triumph is, without a doubt, her convincing win in the 2021 Breeders Crown Mare Trot. Showing her characteristic gate speed, she blasted to the front, and after a controlled first-half, Svanstedt and Felicityshagwell S were able to wire a very accomplished field that included Atlanta and When Dovescry.
"Shaggy" will now be bred to Walner in 2022 and to Captain Corey in 2023. Felicityshagwell S was bred by Manken AB and Verrazzano AB in Sweden.
