:quality(75))
After pacer Hey Bulldog led the way on Tuesday, trotters took back over the dominant role in the third session of the Lexington Selected Yearling Sale.
Topping the board was HIP 429 Creole Queen, a daughter of Tactical Landing consigned by Alliance Bloodstock as agent and purchased by agent Marcus Melande. Creole Queen's dam Bayou is a Father Patrick half-sister to $1,434,335 earner and Dan Patch Award recipient Bond.
Behind Creole Queen at $250,000 was HIP 480 Abebe, a Gimpanzee colt consigned by Cane Run Farm as agent. Acquired by agent Anette Lorentzon, Abebe's third dam Bell Power produced millionaire and multiple award winner Lantern Kronos.

You Lucky Devil, who went to 15215439 Canada Inc. for $220,000, is out of the Yankee Glide mare Celebrity Angel, making him a half-brother to the likes of $1,190,153 earner Will Take Charge.
Year-over-year the average for the third day dropped from $50,445 in 2025 to $46,969 today, while the gross increased from $11,552,000 for 229 horses to $11,930,000 for 254 yearlings.
