Harness: Bettor’s Wish stud fee set at $6,000 for 2026

The Bettor’s Wish Syndicate has announced that the stud fee for Bettor’s Wish will be set at $6,000 for the 2026 breeding season. He is standing at Southwind Farms in New Jersey.

Bettor's Wish's three crops of racing age numbering 188 foals have earned $7.4 million to date. His first-year NJ eligible crop have earned an impressive $103,638 in earnings per registered foal.

“Bettor’s Wish has passed on his speed and determination to his offspring, like this season’s standout Twisted Destiny and multiple stakes winners Royally Hot and Wedlock Blue Chip,” said trainer Chris Ryder.

Twisted Destiny, p 3, 1.48F ($447,069) raced against the best of the 3YO colt pacers all season long, winning the G2 Messenger at Yonkers, elimination of the G1 Adios where he set his 3YO mark, the Liberty Bell, and the PA Sires Stakes at Harrah’s Philadelphia beating Captain Optimistic.

The New Jersey stakes schedule provides a very robust program at the Meadowlands all season long. In 2025 a 2YO NJ sired pacer had $920,000 in stakes to race for. New for 2026, NJ Sires Stakes is planning for a platinum and silver level offering even more racing opportunities.
