WITTS DATA LINK looked good beating N3L foes for this price here July 6. She was claimed and tossed into a stakes here July 28. That proved too big a task, and she’s better situated here. SHEZ WICKED FAST hasn’t been much of a factor in three starts here this year but that all came versus tougher.
Race 5
SASK LADY just won a six-furlong race at this level here July 27. The way she finished hints Tuesday’s added furlong should be no problem. SAY IT’S NOT SO shot out to the lead in a similar spot here Aug. 3 but tired a bit late to end up second. That was still a good run as she seems to be improving.

Race 6
SOUL OBSESSION was hindered at the start here Aug. 3 but finished smartly for third. DOUBLE TIME stalked and stayed on for second in a race like this here July 21. YOU’LL LIKE IT finished a game second here July 28. THE FIDDLERS GREEN rallied smartly to end up just a nose behind the top pick in that Aug. 3 race.
Race 7
CAPTAIN JOHN launched a serious midrace bid while very wide, and it took its toll as he couldn’t sustain his run, ending up fourth behind CAPTAIN AMANTE here July 28. That does signal he’s doing well. Captain Amante, as noted, won that July 28 race, so he comes here in peak form. RUN JEANNE RUN had a lousy start in that same July 28 race, his first start in almost a year. He can improve off that run.
