Older fillies and mares on the turf will be in the spotlight on Wednesday, with the afternoon’s $54,500 main event luring a field of seven scheduled to go a mile under high-priced optional-claiming conditions on the turf, weather permitting. There is rain in the forecast for much of the week.
Grade 3 winner Coffee Clique, two-time stakes winner Street Gem, multiple Grade 3-placed Angegreen, and French-bred Orion Moon headline a field that also includes Lily the Pink, Dene Court, and She’s Spooky.
