Generous Touch goes for stakes hat trick in La Prevoyante

ETOBICOKE, Ontario – Generous Touch will look to notch her third straight stakes win when she lines up in a field of 13 in Sunday’s $125,000 La Prevoyante Stakes for Ontario-sired 3-year-old fillies over one mile on turf.
Generous Touch has recorded back-to-back wins here in the Passing Mood Stakes on turf July 2 and the Eternal Search Stakes on Tapeta on July 27. Trainer Sid Attard said Generous Touch is a consistent filly, regardless of which surface she’s running on.
“She doesn’t care where she runs, honestly,” he said. “She’s such an honest filly. She runs well on everything.”
Generous Touch set slow fractions on the front end under jockey Eurico Da Silva to win the Eternal Search, and Attard said she’s progressed nicely since that race.
“She’s training good,” he said. “She’s feeling good. We’re expecting her to run a good race again.”
