Gaudet takes year-round position with TVG
Gabby Gaudet, the television racing analyst, has taken a year-round position with TVG, the national horse racing network, the company announced Wednesday.
Gaudet will start in her position this weekend during TVG’s coverage of the Pegasus World Cup card at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Fla., a track where Gaudet has worked in the past.
“Gabby is a sharp, talented reporter and analyst who lives and breathes racing,” Kevin Grigsby, an executive producer at TVG, said in a statement. “We’re very excited that she’ll be offering her insight and perspective to our viewers and players on a regular basis.”
Gaudet, the daughter of trainers, began her career in broadcast television in 2013 as an analyst and paddock reporter at the Maryland Jockey Club. She has worked on a seasonal basis for The Stronach Group and, most recently, the New York Racing Association.
