CALL YOU TOMORROW
Trainer: Brian Koriner
Last race: July 31, race 3

Recently claimed for $50k from maiden win, improving colt ran super in highly rated starter allowance. Dueled inside, fought back, should be tough next time same level.
WISE RACHEL
Trainer: Quinn Howey
Last race: July 31, race 6
Finish: Third by 6 3/4 lengths
Beyer: 60
Void of speed in stakes for 2-year-old Cal-bred fillies, trailed, rallied inside, weaved through traffic, finished well and galloped out in front of the field. The longer, the better.
CHEWING GUM
Trainer: Richard Mandella
Last race: Aug. 2, race 4
Finish: Third by 4 1/2 lengths
Beyer: 69
Solid debut by 4-year-old first-time starter in turf sprint. Hopped at start, away last, trailed field, extended rally through turn and into lane, lost punch late. Excellent debut.
MEAL TICKET
Trainer: Matt Chew
Last race: Aug. 2, race 6
Finish: First by 2 3/4 lengths
Beyer: 93
Returning to favorite course, older mare crushed second-level allowance with a final five-sixteenths in eye-catching 29-and-change. Could take a shot in Grade 2 John Mabee on Aug. 31.
BRISTOL BAYOU
Trainer: John Shirreffs
Last race: Aug. 3, race 1
Finish: Third by 3 1/4 lengths
Beyer: 54
This debut 2-year-old filly is worth following. Off slow and steadied, trailed, made a little run late, split the field. Low-rated race, but this Carpe Diem filly showed ability.
TIJORI
Trainer: Simon Callaghan
Last race: Aug. 3, race 9
Finish: Third by 4 1/2 lengths
Beyer: 71
First start in more than one year, this 3-year-old filly ran well in allowance sprint. Dueled through strong pace, held best of the speed, will be fitter second start back.
EXPRESS TRAIN
Trainer: John Shirreffs
Last race: Aug. 4, race 5
Finish: Second by 6 1/4 lengths
Beyer: 79
This 2-year-old was not quick, took dirt, raced inside and behind horses, angled out, loomed, second best to Eight Rings while more than nine clear of third. Super debut.
