Four tracks cancel cards

Beulah Park, Charles Town, Mountaineer, and Penn National all canceled their scheduled live cards Friday.

Jockeys at Beulah refused to ride, saying the track was frozen underneath its cushion, creating slick and unsafe conditions for racing.

Mountaineer also cited unsafe track conditions, while inclement weather prompted the cancellations at Charles Town and Penn National.
