Kevin Engelhard, Mike Ferrozzo, Chris Littlemore, and Ken Seeman have been selected by a vote of their peers for induction into the National Thoroughbred Racing Association Horseplayers Championship Hall of Fame, the NTRA announced on Friday. The four handicapping contest veterans will join 29 other horseplayers already voted into the Hall of Fame since its inception 12 years ago. Inductees are voted into the Hall of Fame based on the results of nearly 1,000 ballots sent to current National Horseplayers Championship Tour members. Engelhard, of Franklin, N.J., has appeared in the NHC 17 times and has racked up top 10 finishes on the NHC Tour four times. He has finished in the Top 40 on the tour every year since 2014. Ferrozzo, of Eagen, Minn., has appeared in the NHC 18 times and made the tournament’s final table in 2015. Littlemore, of Smith Falls, Ontario, Canada, won the NHC in 2018 and made the final table the next year. He has appeared in the NHC 11 times.  Seeman, of Wantagh, N.Y., has appeared in the NHC 17 consecutive times and has already qualified for this year’s tournament in March and the 2027 NHC. He has placed in the top 25 six times and the top 15 three times.  The four inductees will be recognized at the NHC Champions Dinner on March 15 following the conclusion of this year’s NHC in Las Vegas. :: Want to learn more about handicapping and wagering?
