The Kentucky Adena Springs property put up for sale late in 2021 will now go through a formal bidding process, the agent for the listing said Wednesday. Icon Global, the agent, said in a press release that they will begin accepting sealed bids for the property or parcels of the property in late March and that offers would be accepted through May 15. Under the terms of the bidding, “the seller will reserve the right to negotiate and accept early offers at any time” prior to May 15, Icon said. The 2,300-acre property, which includes barns and 250 stalls, was first offered for $55 million in November 2021. In 2017, the property was put up for sale for $80 million, but the listing was taken off the market just months later. Frank Stronach has already consolidated his breeding operations at his Florida and Canada properties of the same name.
