Forever Unbridled, Seeking the Soul possible for Pegasus World Cup

Forever Unbridled, who won the Breeders’ Cup Distaff in her last start, and Seeking the Soul, who captured the Grade 1 Clark Handicap on Nov. 26, both are galloping daily at Fair Grounds, but no plans have been set for their next races.
Both horses are owned by Charles Fipke and are under consideration for the Pegasus World Cup on Jan. 27 at Gulfstream Park, trainer Dallas Stewart said.

“Forever Unbridled, she didn’t take much of a break after the Breeders’ Cup,” Stewart said Wednesday. “She loves to gallop. The Pegasus is a question for her, and it’s a possibility for Seeking the Soul, too. We’re talking about it. I might work them this weekend. I’m thinking about it. I could wait another week, too.”
◗ The very promising Tapit 2-year-old Principe Guilherme had a major work Sunday at Fair Grounds, going six furlongs in a fast 1:12.20. Trained by Steve Asmussen, Principe Guilherme won his career debut, a seven-furlong maiden race Nov. 10 at Churchill, by more than six lengths, earning an 88 Beyer Speed Figure.
