She opened up a clear lead at the eighth pole, then coasted home on top by two lengths over Count to Three. Lyrically was third in the 10-horse field of fillies and mares.

Financingavailable, last year's champion older female in Canada, earned $105,000 for owner K.K. Sangara.

"She's been a treat," said Jim McAleney, who rode the winner for trainer Lorne Richards. "I don't know if I've been around a horse who's been as good for as long as she has."
