Monday

Hip No. 21, b. c., Medaglia d’Oro—Well Dressed, by Notebook, consigned by RiceHorse Stables, agent.

A half-brother to Dubai World Cup winner Well Armed, Grade 3 winner Witty, Grade 1-placed Helsinki, and stakes-placed Only in America. This colt sold for $235,000 at last year’s Keeneland September yearling sale.

Hip No. 50, b. c., Hard Spun—Yawkey Way, by Grand Slam, consigned by de Meric Sales, agent.

Yawkey Way’s first foal is the stakes winner Tap It All. The extended family includes Grade 1 winners All Fired Up, Awesome Humor, Emcee, and Competitive Edge.

Hip No. 206, gr. or ro. c., Pioneerof the Nile—Emptythetill, by Holy Bull, consigned by Hartley/De Renzo Thoroughbreds, agent.

Grade 3 winner Conveyance and stakes-placed Atlantic Bull are half-brothers to this colt. He was a $60,000 buy at last year’s Keeneland September sale.

Out of a Grade 3 winner, this filly is a full sister to stakes winner Barbie Wire and a half to Grade 3-placed Nextdoorneighbor and Bureau de Change. She brought $300,000 at Keeneland September.

Hip No. 285, gr. or ro. f., Medaglia d’Oro—Joyful Victory, by Tapit, consigned by Cary Frommer, agent.

The second foal out of Grade 1 winner Joyful Victory was offered at this year’s Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream sale of select 2-year-olds in training and finished under her reserve with a final bid of $335,000.

Tuesday

Hip No. 349, b. f., Candy Ride—Maryfield, by Elusive Quality, consigned by Eddie Woods, agent.

Canadian champion Maryfield is also the dam of Irish Group 2-placed Radio Silence, who sold as a juvenile for $675,000. Maryfield’s first foal, the A.P. Indy colt Global Response, sold as a yearling for $1.2 million.

Hip No. 436, Royal Family, gr. or ro. c., Cairo Prince—Precious Princess, by Horse Chestnut, consigned by Niall Brennan Stables, agent.

Grade 1 winner Zipessa is a half-sister to this colt from the family of champion Perfect Soul and Belmont Stakes prospect Gronkowski. The colt brought $350,000 at Keeneland September.

A colt from a solid branch of the Phipps family broodmare line, reaching back to third dam Personal Ensign. The dam is a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Mr Speaker and stakes winner Fire Away. This colt brought $15,000 at last year’s Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall yearling sale.

The first foal out of Grade 3 winner Tapicat, a $2.2 million broodmare purchase. This colt brought $475,000 at Keeneland September.
