Fasig-Tipton July horses of racing age catalog now online

The catalog for the 2017 Fasig-Tipton July selected horses of racing age sale is now available online, featuring 106 entries prior to late nominations.

The auction will take place Monday, July 10, at Fasig-Tipton’s Newtown Paddocks base in Lexington, Ky., beginning at 5 p.m. Eastern.

Fasig-Tipton will continue to review and accept entries up to sale time. Print catalogs will be available on the sale grounds by July 7.

“This is our fifth year conducting the horses of racing age sale, and we feel that this is our strongest catalog to date,” Fasig-Tipton president Boyd Browning said. “The sale has attracted entries from several of the most prominent racing stables in the country, and buyers will find a number of turn-key, quality offerings no matter their budget.”

The sale’s enhanced online catalog features pedigrees, race videos, statistical links, real-time past performances, and an assessment of each horse by Daily Racing Form national handicapper Mike Watchmaker.
