EMERALD EXPRESS (NW12000) – Left and tucked, came on the attack, battled the stubborn pacesetter with all he had, could not clear and understandably weakened late.
WHATSITTOYOUGRANT ($40000CLM) - Plenty of speed at both ends of his mile to be second best at a big price.

MAX WILL START ($15000CLM) - Left from post seven and was hung wide early, took back and tucked, pulled with an uncovered attack but could not get by; the mile distance with the shorter early run did him in.
