Alysse Jacobs Aidan O'Brien's Breeders' Cup Classic entrant So You Think canters on a muddy Churchill Downs main track Friday morning.

So You Think, a multiple Group 1 stakes winner in Australia and Europe in the last two years, is being pointed for the $10 million Dubai World Cup at Meydan Racecourse on March 31.

Anne-Marie O’Brien, the wife of trainer Aidan O’Brien, announced the Dubai World Cup as a goal for So You Think through her Twitter account on Sunday. In the past, the O’Briens have relayed information about their stable’s top horses through Twitter.

So You Think was sixth behind Drosselmeyer in the Breeders’ Cup Classic at Churchill Downs on Nov. 5, his most recent start. A 6-year-old New Zealand-bred by High Chaparral, So You Think won the Cox Plate and Mackinnon Stakes in Australia in 2010.

Based with O’Brien in Europe last year, So You Think won three Group 1 races – the Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish Champion Stakes in Ireland and the Coral-Eclipse Stakes at Sandown Park. He was later fourth in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe in France in October. In between the Arc and BC Classic, So You Think was second in the Champion Stakes at Ascot.

With Sunday’s announcement, So You Think was made the 7-2 future book favorite for the Dubai World Cup by the British bookmaking firm Coral.

Smart Falcon, a 7-year-old multiple stakes winner from Japan, is 6-1, followed by 2011 BC Classic runner-up Game On Dude and BC Ladies’ Classic winner Royal Delta, who are both 8-1. Animal Kingdom, the 2011 Kentucky Derby winner, is listed as a 10-1 chance.
