The Kentucky Horse Racing Authority issued an advisory Friday to the state's horsemen, veterinarians, and racetracks asking them to advise horse identifiers and racing offices promptly about the gelding of a horse so that the information can be "provided to the wagering public in an accurate manner." The advisory stated that failing to provide the information "may result in disciplinary action."
