The Group 1 Australia Stakes at Moonee Valley on Saturday will go off without the defending champ, Cape of Good Hope, who suffered an unspecified injury in the Lightning Stakes last month. In his absence, two-time Group 1 sprint winner Glamour Puss has the edge over last year's Golden Slipper winner, Stratum.
