Test Boy ($4.20) picked up his second straight stakes win Monday night when he rallied for a 1 1/4-length victory in the $40,000 Centennial, the closing-day feature at Remington Park in Oklahoma City. The 2-year-old Test Boy, a Steve Asmussen trainee who one start earlier had won Remington's $75,000 MEC Mile, ran the mile on firm turf in 1:38.43. . . . Finger Lakes called off the last two of nine scheduled races Tuesday because of wet track conditions caused by continuous rain throughout the day. Live racing is scheduled to resume on Friday. . . . The Kentucky Equine Education Project, an education and lobbying organization, has given $100,343 to 147 horse-related programs in Kentucky, the group announced Tuesday. Grants went to 4-H clubs, horse shows, horse associations, and equine education programs at state colleges and universities in 67 counties.
