West Point Thoroughbreds, a horse-owner partnership, has hired Kerry Carlson as its first vice president of marketing, to start Monday. Carlson, 33, joins West Point after five years at New York-based SME, a marketing and design agency whose clients have included Churchill Downs and Magna Entertainment Corporation.
