Finger Lakes canceled the final race on Sunday's card because of a failure of the track's tote system. All bets on that ninth race will be refunded and consolations paid out for daily double, pick three, and pick four wagers that were alive going into the final race. . . . Services for prominent owner Eleanor Casey, who died Thursday at age 73 following an accident involving a loose horse at Charles Town, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at the Enders and Shirley Funeral Home Chapel in Berryville, Va.
