Best of Luck, a 9-year-old Broad Brush horse out of Crowned (Chief's Crown), is the sire of stakes-placed Alphabest from two crops to race; his 2006 fee has yet to be announced. . . . Delaware Park canceled its last seven races Wednesday, citing temperatures in excess of 100 degrees. Colonial Downs canceled its last six races on Tuesday, also because of the heat.
