Patrick Dennehy, a 22-year employee of Harrah's Entertainment, has been named senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Louisiana Downs, replacing Larry Lepinski, who has retired. Dennehy will also manage the Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel and Casino. . . . Barry Ostrager has been reelected president of the New York Thoroughbred Breeders Inc. on Wednesday. Michael McMahon was elected vice-president and Suzie O'Cain was re-elected secretary/treasurer. Directors Chester Broman and Dr. Frank Ariosta were also elected to the Executive Committee.
