The Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Midwest regional fall mixed sale will offer 126 horses, including 82 yearlings, at River Downs at 1 p.m. Eastern on Saturday. Horses will be available for inspection Friday afternoon and before the sale Saturday. . . . American Airlines has signed a one-year agreement to become the official airline of the Oct. 30 Breeders' Cup at Lone Star Park in Texas. American, which has a hub at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport, will have the rights to use Breeders' Cup and Lone Star trademarks and will receive hospitality privileges at the event. . . . Cot Campbell, founder of the Dogwood Stable public partnership that raced the 1990 Preakness winner, Summer Squall, and the champion juvenile filly of 1996, Storm Song, has been named Honor Guest for 2004 by the The Thoroughbred Club of America. Campbell will be honored at the group's annual testimonial dinner at Keeneland on Nov. 5. . . . Paul Bowlinger resigned on Tuesday as the executive director of the North Dakota Racing Commission to become the executive director of the North American Pari-Mutuel Regulators Association. He will replace Frank Lamb, the executive director of the Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission.
