Sugar and Spice, by Key to the Mint, had been purchased earlier this year from Calumet Farm, who bred her. . . . Magna Entertainment Corp. and Pepsi-Cola North America have signed a sponsorship agreement whereby 13 Magna racetracks will sell exclusively Pepsi-Cola products, and Pepsi will have rights to use Magna trademarks, including the Preakness and Santa Anita Derby logos. Pepsi will advertise on HorseRacing TV, a television channel owned by Magna.
