Canterbury Park Holding Corporation, owner of the racetrack and card club in Shakopee, Minn., has established a charitable contribution program, the Canterbury Park Minnesota Fund. The fund is expected to focus on rural Minnesota causes, equine industry initiatives, responsible gaming programs, and Scott County, Minn., organizations.
