Youbet.com delayed its annual meeting on Thursday after a Delaware judge sided with Television Games Network and ruled that Youbet did not provide enough information to shareholders about proposed changes to its structure. TVG alleges in a lawsuit that Youbet had not fully informed shareholders of the potential impact of the changes if TVG were to exercise its warrants to purchase 51 percent of the company. . . . Two earthquakes, one with a magnitude of 8.0, struck the Japanese island of Hokkaido, center of the nation's Thoroughbred breeding industry, between 4:50 a.m. and 7 a.m. Friday local time.
