Rudolph Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, will present a report on the security of racing's wagering technology at the Jockey Club Round Table Conference on Aug. 17 in Saratoga Springs. Giuliani's consulting firm, Giuliani Partners, was hired by the National Thoroughbred Racing Association last year to examine racing's security procedures following the Breeders' Cup pick six scandal. . . . "Seabiscuit: The Making of the Movie," an hour-long program, will be shown on July 2 at 4 p.m. Eastern on ESPN2 with 12 subsequent airings scheduled between July 6 and Aug. 29 on ESPN Classic. The film "Seabiscuit," based on Laura Hillenbrand's best-selling book, opens July 25.
