Poor track conditions in the aftermath of heavy snow forced Charles Town to cancel both its Saturday and Sunday live racing programs. The West Virginia track has now lost 13 consecutive cards and has been unable to conduct racing since Feb. 14. . . . Beulah Park canceled its Saturday program following the first race because of a thaw that created an uneven track surface. The first race was run following a 45-minute delay while the track was grated after jockeys complained that the muddy surface was unsafe.
