Gulfstream Park's stable area opened on Friday, and, according to George Duprey, the track's stall manager, all 1,325 stalls have been allotted for the meet that begins Jan. 3. Duprey said that horses would also be stabled at Palm Meadows, a new 774-stall training facility with a 1 1/8-mile dirt training track in Boynton Beach, Fla., built by Magna Entertainment, which owns Gulfstream. . . .
