Chris Dragone has been named general manager at Great Lakes Downs, according to Jim Gagliano, the president of Magna Entertainment Corp.'s OTB operations. Dragone replaces Richard Wallington, who managed the track for two years before being relieved of his duties this week. . . . Jockey Joe Crispin underwent tests Tuesday morning at Mercy Hospital after apparently fracturing his neck in a training mishap at Great Lakes Downs, according to trainer Tammy White.
