The 16-year-old Breeders' Cup Turf winner will return to stud in Ireland at Coolagown Stud in Co. Cork after four seasons at South Africa's Riethuiskrael Stud. Daylami began his stud career in Ireland his birthplace, the Aga Khan's Gilltown Stud. . . . Thoroughbred Times has reported that Grade 1 winner Great Hunter, who retired after a sixth-place finish in the 2009 Donn Handicap, has been purchased privately and will ship to Venezuela. A 6-year-old Aptitude-Zenith horse, Great Hunter will stand at Haras Los Samanes. Great Hunter won the Grade 1 Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland in 2006 and the Grade 2 Robert B. Lewis Stakes at Santa Anita in 2007. He earned $976,260 from wins in 3 of 17 lifetime starts. . . .
