Former jockey Jesse Davidson, who won 3,035 and more than $10 million in a career that ran began in 1957 and ended in 1988, died Saturday in his Ellicott City, Md., home at age 60, the Maryland Jockey Club announced. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, three daughters and nine grandchildren, including jockeys Brandon and Grant Whitacre.
