Ron Turcotte, the Hall of Fame jockey who rode Secretariat to win the 1973 Triple Crown, will be signing autographs Saturday at Turfway Park in Florence, Ky., from noon to 5 p.m. A signing fee is involved, with proceeds going to the Secretariat Foundation, which supports veterinary research, Thoroughbred retirement, and rehabilitation facilities, as well as other charitable programs. . . . Seeking the Best, an Irish-bred son of Seeking the Gold and the Summer Squall mare Mackie who entered stud in 2008 at Hill 'n' Dale Farm, will relocate to Canada for 2010. A Japanese Grade 3 winner, Seeking the Best will stand at Colebrook Farms Stallion Station in Ontario, according to a statement issued by Hill 'n' Dale in Lexington, Ky.
