Pamela and Martin Wygod, the prominent California-based owners and breeders, have donated $250,000 to Breeders' Cup Charities, Breeders' Cup announced Thursday. The donation, on behalf of the Wygods' WebMD Foundation for health care, is the first from the Thoroughbred industry to Breeders' Cup Charities, established this year.
