Jim Hannon, a race-caller for 35 years and the the voice of Suffolk Downs from 1969 to 1989, will be a guest race-caller at the track Sunday, the eve of his induction into the New England Turf Writers Association's Hall of Fame. Hannon, who still works as a mutuel clerk at Suffolk Downs, will also sing the national anthem before the races. . . . Three Chimneys Farm in Midway, Ky., has promoted Elizabeth Voss to the position of director of sales, the farm announced Thursday. Case Clay, who previously had served as director of sales, took over as farm president earlier this year.
